Room Guarantee Policy - Hotel requires a credit card guarantee by Amex, Visa, Mastercard to confirm your reservation.

For a booking of 1-3 rooms, one night guarantee is required. For a group of 4 rooms or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50 % of total amount is required.

Rates - All rates are in Thai Baht.

Confirmation - All reservations and requests will be replied within 48 hous or earlier.

Payment schedule - Full payment are to be made upon your stay at the hotel.

Payment method - By credit cards such as VISA , MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD or cash.

Cancellation - For cancellation of your reservations, a cancellation fee will be charged as follow :

For a booking of 1-3 rooms, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise first night will be charged. No refund for group cancellation.

Check out time - Check out time is at noon. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - All rates are subject to 10% Service charge and 7% Value added Tax, unless specified. Nett rates mean all tax and service charge are already included.
